Human Rights Statement

Pace opposes modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms. We prohibit forced, bonded, or prison labor, unlawful child labor, and any retention of identity documents or coercion in our operations and supply chain. Our approach aligns with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO’s fundamental conventions, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Our actions

  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace; prohibit discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
  • Implement risk-based supplier due diligence and communicate clear supplier expectations.
  • Provide channels to report concerns confidentially; protect good-faith reporters from retaliation; enable remediation where appropriate.

Supplier expectations

All suppliers must comply with law, reject modern slavery, and ensure safe and fair working conditions throughout their operations and supply chains. We expect cooperation with risk-based due diligence, timely remediation of substantiated issues, and protection against retaliation for good-faith reporting. Non-compliance may result in appropriate action consistent with contract terms and applicable law.

Review cadence

We review and update this statement annually and publish the most current version on our website.
